TSN Ugadhi 2025 – Stall Registration Process

Ugadi Event Date: March-22-2025(Saturday 1:00PM to 9PM)

Stall Registration

To register your stall, please send an email to treasurer@telugusamiti.org with the following details:

  • Business Name
  • Contact Person
  • Phone Number
  • Email Address
  • Business Address

Payment Options

  • Payments can be made via Check (Payable to Telugu Samiti of Nebraska) or Zelle (treasurer@telugusamiti.org).
  • Your stall is not confirmed until payment has been received and processed.

Confirmation Process

  • Once registration is approved and payment is received, you will receive a confirmation email with details about your stall assignment and event guidelines.

Important Registration Policies

Stall Pricing Details

  • Standard Stall: $200
  • Premium Stall: $250 (Priority location with higher visibility)

Additional Benefits

  • Each stall owner will receive 2 free tickets for event access.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Before the event start date: Full refund of the security deposit.
  • After the event start date: No refund will be provided.

Security Deposit

  • A $200 security deposit is required to confirm your stall.
  • This deposit will be held by Telugu Samiti of Nebraska for up to 10 days after the event.
  • It will be used for any penalties in case of violations of the event policies.

TSN Ugadhi 2025 – Stall Owner Guidelines

Stall Setup & Operations

  1. The stall must fit within the designated space, and all signage or extensions must remain within the allotted area.
  2. Vendors may not sublet or share their stall with another vendor. Violations will result in removal from the event without a refund.
  3. Due to limited space, no additional tables will be provided. You may bring your own table or stands as long as they fit within the assigned stall space.
  4. TSN is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items. Vendors should arrange their own insurance coverage.

Food & Safety Regulations

  1. Only safe, approved food products may be sold. Ingredients must be fresh, non-expired, and properly stored.
  2. Food items containing common allergens (e.g., peanuts, gluten, dairy) must be clearly labeled, and vendors should inform customers of any allergens present.
  3. All food stalls must comply with local health and safety regulations, including proper food handling, storage, and preparation.
  4. Food handlers must:
    • Wear gloves or use utensils for handling food.
    • Wear hairnets or caps during food preparation.

General Conduct & Compliance

  1. Stall owners and employees must act professionally and courteously towards customers and other vendors.
  2. Employees must be trained in food safety procedures and customer service.
  3. Waste and recyclables must be disposed of properly in the designated bins.
  4. The stall area must be cleaned before leaving, with no debris left behind. Any rented equipment must be returned as per TSN guidelines.
  5. Security Procedures: Vendors must be aware of emergency protocols and report any suspicious activity to TSN EC members immediately.
  6. Open flames are strictly prohibited within the school premises for safety and compliance reasons.

Additional Fees

15. Any extra requests, such as additional electricity usage or extra space, will incur additional charges as determined by TSN.
