As per TSN Bylaws, we offer three kinds of membership:

Life Membership—$150

Annual Membership (Both Individual or family)—$25

Student—Free

How to Apply?

1. Please fill out this membership form and email it to treasurer@telugusamiti.org

Note: You can open the form and fill it out electronically. 

Mac users can use the preview app to edit and enter text in PDF files.
Window users can use Nitro Reader (a free application) to edit and enter text in PDF files.

Once done, save the filled out form, and email it to the above address as an attachment.

2. Make a payment using the Paypal form below for the type of membership you are applying.

Note: Students need to also attach a photocopy/scan of their student card as proof and email it with the application form.
